Capsuleers for Honorable and Instrumental Action is a Corporation devoted to the creation of a society in which all have an equal shot at freedom and pursuit of their dreams, with a security blanket of their peers to ensure that they can reach those dreams even in the hardest of times. To create a peaceful realm in which co-operative prosperity can come about is the established goal of CHIA, and taking instrumental action in order to achieve this realm is one of the founding tenants. Addionally, members of CHIA are expected to follow a specific honor code in order to remain fair and just in their dealings--save for those who would stand in the way of CHIA's distant utopia. For those that would usurp peace and create chaos, there is to be no mercy.
